Hi.
I started my water only fast on May 14th. Today is the second day. I am doing it for weight loss and health issues. I have had either a cold or flu for almost 6 months now. I am a vegetarian, but have been eating cheese, butter, milk, and eggs. I quit bring those items home a week or two ago and am now entering my fast. It is nearing the end of my second day. I would love to do a super long fast, but am taking it one day at a time. Hopefully 10 days. Would love to do 20. I dream of 30! We'll see. It's nice to know others are out there with me.
