I will be starting Day 1 of a water fast. My longest previous was 7 days. I am doing it to help with weight loss and various health conditions that are being aggrivated by my weight.
I would be so inspired if you all would post here with your starting weight, current weights and goal weights. Also, what health conditions you have seen improving?
