Wow, thank you so much High on Water for taking time to explain to me.

After I posted the message I did think that I may still be detoxing without me being aware of it (the dull headaches and now eye pain) (although my pinheads and itching had disappeared by four weeks) and perhaps that could be affecting my pressure as I remember before I had my Amalgams out 8 years ago I had gone to another eye specialist re: glaucoma and was on some kind of detox a naturopath student under the care of the teacher at one of the schools had given me whilst Amalgams were still in my mouth and my eye pressure at that time had gone up to 20. At that time too the specialist increased the drops from one to three and I was very upset but somehow I realized the association of detox and pressure much later.. I think the very same could be happening but I am afraid as the nerve damage to optic eye has been there for a while.... I can never tell that the pressure has increased, have to go to opthomoligist to check.

I will continue to take 2 drops 2x a day with 1 tsp of ACV and as per your suggestions take a couple of days off.

As far as help with detox is concerned, I will continue with salt, am drinking lots of water and cannot afford to do any fasts as I am 5'3" and weigh around 90 lbs only. I have good castor oil bottle at home but it is old, would it be okay to take it? and how do you take castor oil?

I take Ester C vitamin 1/8 to 1/4 tsp togther with 1/4 heaped tsp of MSM 2x a day. I also take carlson lemon cod liver oil once a day.

I will be taking Vit C and MSM with me to Kenya.

Hope they will let me take Lugol's, I will post another thread as I wish to make sure how to combine Lugol, Grapefruit-Seed-Extract and Oil of Oregano for water purification and to protect against malaria. I will be staying with families both in Nairobi and Mombasa.

If anyone of you have any further suggestions please do let me know. I do not have access to internet at home so try to read as much as I can at work when I can. I have tried to listen to the tapes but it is not practical. Iodine forum and oil pulling forums are my favourites though since I discovered Iodine I do not have time to go to oil pulling. I do oil pulling to every morning after I have had my iodine.

I may do coffee enema this weekend to help detox my liver.

Before I leave for Kenya I also want to do H pylori blood test to see if Iodine has helped me in that area as I had the blood test done on the day I had started Iodine. The results will not be back for a month so I will post upon my return.
