Actually I have been pretty much on a supplement free program for the last six weeks. The main exception has been L Lysine which every source I have read says is good for controlling herpes viruses. I guess it is time for another juice fast, its been a year almost since I have done one.

I appreciate your advice Uny. You have given me a lot of valuable information in the last couple of years.

I have just started a mild Colon Cleanse which is working. Right now, everything is gentle and mild. I'm going very slowly. I did go ahead and order more Lugol's since I wanted to be sure and get the full strength.

Please forgive me for being so negative and discouraged. It is so exhausting just trying to have some semblance of a normal life right now. People are always telling me to go on disability, but I want to work, be around people and keep up some hope. The weather is making my joints swell (I am not too far from where those terrible tornadoes struck, even though this area was spared from violent storms-so far.) I guess I need to shut up and lick my wounds. I'll try not to post anymore tonight. Tweet
