Re: David Brownstein, MD, Caution with kelp

I guess I'll forgo the kelp for now. I seem to be falling apart. With the neuropathy, shingles, chronic pain and now I have lost my voice (allergies?) things do not seem to bode well for risky experiments. When I read posts by Grzbear and others about how much kelp is helping them, I want to try it. However, I have to be cautious and go slowly. I bought some kelp after reading about the Blood Type Diet and how type O's needed a good kelp supplement. However, it never did really "feel" right or help. My Naturopath once gave me some blue-green algae that was supposed to help increase energy, it made me worse. I'm sorry to sound so negative, but I wish I could find the right things, both in food and supplements to help me feel better even if it doesn't help me start walking again.
