Re: David Brownstein, MD, Caution with kelp

I called a well-known kelp manufacturer (mentioned on this forum) and left a message on their voice mail, inquiring politely about their kelp product testing.

The owner of the company called me back and left a long, disturbing rant on my answering machine, saying the only alternative was prescription iodine, accusing me of being big pharma, "anti-organic" and other things too wacky to recall.

He sells four dollar kelp supplements for $40.00 a bottle.

I thought, if he doesn't even know Iodine is available without a prescription, what else doesn't he know, such as what to ask for in testing?
