Plain ans simple this is a Public Forum you don't get to choose who and how your questions are asnwered.

Here's some simple mechanincs for you I mention Kefir you post "don't do Kefir it's unnatural. Totatly useless junk answer . I respond with a very comprehensive answer the end.

You post this thing about fruit mixed with veggies which is something that in 25 years of juicing has been common knowledge to me that you just don't do and you give the totally laughable answer that "leafy greens are not vegetables" I actually laughed out loud Red Flag 1. You keep doing these cut and paste answers and share nothing of your experience with any of this red flag 2 you get snippy Thank you I laugh out loud again. Every time I asked you a question you have been totally evasise and defensive and evaded the questions completely or just shoved forth more cut and paste. "Leafy greens are not vegetables". I'm still laughing................................;+D

I don't hafta justify when how or what I do on this forum and certainly not to the likes of you. My contributions here stand on their own over the years. I am responsible for a good number of posts in the FAQs and most of the others I suggested to the webmaster to put up there and many other things that you have no clue about and so far all you have contributed is cut and paste. You will disapear from this board as people like you will do and I'll still be here.
