Forgive me not to discount or question any of this "scientific" data but to >me< the tone of all this looks like cut and paste and sounds like an infomercial but that's just me ;+D

I'm curious so let me ask you this. How many years of actual "personal" experience do you have with any of this? How many MCs have you personally done? and for how long?
