4 or 5 carrots
2 stalks of cellery
1/4 red beet
a pinkes stem bunch worth of cillantro or parsley ( tastewise I like cilantro)
one or 2 Granny Smith apples
occasinally a bit of ginger
Fairly recently I read that in order for the body to use beta carrotene it needs fats so I
add a tlbsp or 2 of hemp oil
