Now todays idea is about one of the purposes of the plant and what it does for us.

People were not designed with teeth as Rock grinders, so people need to recieve the Energy from Minerals after the Minerals have been complexed into a Carbon complex within the plants that recieve an Energy Release from the chemical reactions in the soil which give off the Energy from the different Minerals and then form the Carbon complexes with these different Energies of different Minerals.

The other area of the plant which provides the greatest Energy conversion into the Carbon and Mineral complexes occurs in the leaves of the plant through the process of photosythesis.

For proper Diet, one is much better off to recieve their supply of Energy from Minerals which have been complexed into a Carbon complex, which is what a plant accomplishes!!

When a person is short of Mineral energy, they are much better off to take greens and put them into a pot full of water and bring it to a boil and then turn the heat down to just simmer for an hour or two, and then turn the heat off and let sit til cool.

Then drain off the pot liquor and save it to drink for your Mineral supply and throw the pulp out!!! For this is the best source of available Carbon complexed minerals!!

If you want enzymes etc, then you need to juice the fruits and vegetables, but using pot liquor, will provide you one of the cheapest and best sources of Carbon complexed Minerals!!
