The first 0 stands for zero amount of Nitrogen, the second zero stands for zero amount of Phosphates, and the last 60 stands for 60% Potash., this is how commercial fertilizer is quoted.

The theoritical benefit for farmers is supposed to be to provide for Potash.

Friendly Bacteria is all around in the AIR, the problem is that it needs something to eat and a place to stay warm and have moisture.

Just look at Road Kill along the highways, if left to sit in the sun for a few days it gets ripe and then starts rotting and soon it is gone, now what do you suppose ate it all up??? Where did the Bacteria come from??

Fish is good, but you also need a carbon source to go alone with the fish, for best results.

Also Heavy metals is not a problem if you have enough Calcium available, for it will lock it up, so to speak.
