Relaxation peace and feeling content are something most of us know very little about. I know when I achieve real relaxation, it is not what the mind tries to fool me into thinking it is, and I realizet I have not even visited the state very much.

That is the thing about the universe. It is constant change, always unflolding in myriad ways, even though things always unfold as they should, what we accept can cause a shift in what 'should' be, what 'will be' and in effect what IS. So even what should be is constantly changing

You have encouraged me also I hope to allow our mutual encouragement to bounce back and forth and as it increases so may our awareness!
