Ayehasherayeh, should we 'ask'?
Say, in 'healing', or in developing better 'lifestyle' practices within ourselves, it seems we can either DO things that seem impossible, or, at least, NOTICE opportunities.
I am beginning to believe that simplicity is a necessary and key factor in 'asking'.
For example, a person could simply say, "I love you", to an energy-blocked organ, and then allow the body to find ways to improve the health of that organ or system.
I theorize that a certain quietness of mind, perhaps 'smiling' energy in that direction, would assist in the task.
I seem to see that the body, or mind, or 'body mind', takes our usual practices and 'expects' them, habitually.
If we, for instance, sleep during certain hours for a while, the inner part of us accepts this as 'normal' and EXPECTS to continue doing so as long as possible.
Last night I saw a program about morbid obesity. Interestingly, the folks who created the Zone Diet believe that certain foods give hormones that cause an obese body to change its patterns of fat management...a kind of 'surgery' from 'within'.
I speculate that the body, or mind, or 'body mind' can change in a similar way, for any purpose, if the request is simple, uncomplicated; not devious nor subject to sub-intentions.
It is all a matter of finding the right 'frequency' for the purpose, isn't it?
Maybe the sub-conscious will seek the appropriate frequency if we 'ask' simply and quietly...and wait patiently.
Wondering what you think.
Fledgling
