not to self..EASE back into the workout routine if one isn't yet accostomed to the intensity levels.My back is feeling the after effects of such an intense workout,plus these mini meals don't seem to be as anabolic as I originaly thought they would be.I actually felt fuller when I overate as opposed to a dozen mini meals,plus after the first few I am not even hungry - my appetite dosen't seem to be as strong.my back hurts.Also,the insomnia I am feeling isn't soo much just the back pain but the effects of working out itself,workout out contracts the muscles intensly.In my own experiance,because I have been able to keep alot of my strength with relativly little maintainence workouts though I am strong still, I haven't been able to fully become accostomed to the intensity levels.Though it may be good for growth and continual strength,it makes my muscles really tense,tight and that makes me feel antsy,anxious and feel like I need to move around and stay busy..not good if it's bedtime and my body is going haywire..I literly feel like I need to tire myself out sometimes just to get some sleep.
