Interesting. Maybe there's a possibility that after one spends time on the warrior, one can then follow a more "natural" cycle of eating when hungry, but in small amounts when before 4pm or so, thus staying in the spirit of the warrior...
I'm about a month and a half in and have only eaten a daytime meal a couple of times on weekends when with family... I am amazed that each day when I step on the scale, my weight varies no more than about 1.5 pounds!!! and usually less... I am at what I consider to be my ideal weight. If I get hungry during the day, I eat carrots or almonds or drink a little juice. I love not having to run around thinking about what I'm going to eat during the day. My evening meals are anywhere from a C- to a B- in terms of healthiness... So although I am accustomed to the routine, have yet to gain much energy. Do feel "lighter" during the day, though. Not doing much exercise either. So I guess I have not yet fully given the regime a spin until I put in some exercise and eat better, but am happy about the simplified lifestyle and the steady weight...
