Hows it going?
I have been eating small meals throughout the day instead of fasting or having only one big meal a day.I notice that I am actually hungrier then when I just fast all day but then I also feel less light headed and can think more clear. My meals are pretty tiny compared to how I used to eat,say two sunny side up eggs,a slice or two of french bread and sausages, a beef rib,a cup of rice,veggies or chicken,rice and veggies.Actual small meals,like mini meals.It satisfies me without really leaving me too full or bloated so I think it's working soo far.I guess it's like intermitent fasting because I only eat when I am hungry and on one day I'll eat more then on other days.So far soo good!
