so far soo good,suprisingly no stomach disturbances or anything like that.I like my mini meals,they are soo much fun to eat! I do all of my cooking in the morning before I start the day ans then just portion it all out.Say I'll cook about 3500 calories worth of food and then portion it out into small meals,that way I'll make sure I eat enough to grow.Which I am trying to put on some solid weight right now with as much clean eating as possible.Not exactly WDing it anymore but for the period of time I was on it,it certainly cleansed me out REAL GOOD.All that fasting and eating lightly stabilzed my insulin levels and made me less alergic to certain foods. I do enjoy eating but I just want to get my lean body mass up some, I am such a waifer it's not even funny.I want to be up to 160 in about 2 weeks.It'll all be solid weight,not all muscle but not exactly fat.More like my body just filling back out from being on a calorie restriction for soo long.I am about 140 right now.
