I LoVE warm (even HOT) weather! When others around me are "b*tchin'" about it, I remind them of their complaining about the cold..LOL. It is few and far between that I complain about it, because here in Michigan, we do not see enough of it!

I have not oil pulled in a while...truth to be told :$...but I am going to begin a Colon Cleanse tomorrow and will attempt to do the oil pull also, again. I have had issues with being 'tired' in the mornings (get out of bed, at last minute) and have a friend who is doing iridology in class right now. She did my eyes and after class this past weekend suggested that I may not be getting enough oxygen. So, I am going to be doing 'breath of fire' exercises, as well as some cardio and see if that doesn't help. I need Energy to do anything, Before work. After work, it is a Little better BUT not great!
