Hi MK,
I had a similar experience in that in my second week I got a terrible breakout -- not really a rash, but some horrible zits that were enormous and yuck. I think I was using sesame at the time, too. The breakout cleared up far more quickly than I would have predicted, though. I had gotten improved skin/skin tone, and then this breakout, and then things kept moving forward again. I do think it was a "healing crisis" and I am glad I kept going with OP. As they say, "better in than out"!
However, it may be that you are stirring some stuff up with OP and that it can't exit quickly enough. I cannot remember if I was OP once or twice a day then (knowing my all-or-nothing personality, I was probably doing it a couple of times a day at the beginning, actually...). I do recommend switching to once a day for a while -- just sticking to the basic protocol, which you are already doing with the sesame oil -- but I do think we can lessen the severity of symptoms to a degree by moderating the process.
Maybe try putting the same oil on your rash to keep drawing the stuff out and increase circulation in general by wiping it off with a hot, damp towel.
I am sure it will clear up soon, and thanks for sharing about your experience.
Good luck and happy pulling,
Laura
