I hate to break it to you, but I still have a lot of "room to grow," Beth! ;)

The weather has been FABULOUS here in beautiful Richmond, VA. Just perfect. The whole city seems awash in brightly blooming azaleas. The girls are talking up a storm and they love "fwowas" (flowers!). We go up to my mom's this weekend for a couple of weeks with her, which will be fun. Then the heat should set in -- please remind me in a month or so how much I was looking forward to warm weather....

Hope you are well. Are you OP every day these days? I am stepping up to 2x/day if possible...I feel like I am seeing some Iodine detox skin-wise, and OP seems to help...
