Also, you can add some Iodine to your hot bath water. (don't get Iodine on your hair) I had an inflamed mole last week, and when I added just one application of iodine, the swelling went all the way down and a hard scab was in its place. Now, the spot is flat with a pink spot. I love Lugol's iodine!

Why is it that when I use LI on normal healthy skin, it does not peel, or irritate the healthy skin, but when I add LI to sick skin ( mole, cut, or irritated skin) the whole surrounding area of skin peels off?
