Re: Can we eat healthy without the weight loss?
I’d like to thank all who replied with helpful information. It is well appreciated.
To those who only thinks that thin is in, and don’t think I have one thing to worry about.
In my first post I did say my age. I am not in my 20s. When I was, I weighed 110 lbs.
It was a good weight for me during those years. It wasn’t from not eating either.
We had the usual, not so healthy meals that would make most people gain weight and I ate the same as everyone else. My Mom was a thin person also so it wasn’t bothering me at all.
However it’s not the same thing when one is rapidly losing weight and you’re in your 60s. That’s why I was asking for help.
I was 140 lbs when I started on the healthy eating habits. I lost 10 lbs within one week and continue to lose. That’s what worried me. And I think at least two of the posts understood that and did give me some help and I am truly thankful for those posts.
I will definitely try those things and maybe gain back a few pounds.
