Humm, Not sure what all that meant. We are still very active and healthy. As in no health problems. When we decided to only eat and drink the healthy foods, we lost a lot of weight and are still losing.
I guess by your answer, there is no healthy foods that can regulate the weight loss. It's all in our minds.
I know everyone wants to be thin, but when one is too thin, it's as unhealthy as being overweight.

If anyone else has a suggestion about what we could eat or drink to GAIN weight and it still be healthy, please let me know.
