Re: Can we eat healthy without the weight loss?

I wouldn't worry that you are underweight or try to gain weight. With 116 pounds for 5'5'', you are on the low side of normal, but 178 pounds for 6' is even on the high side of normal, rather than thin.

My boyfriend, who's really very thin, 115 pounds for 5'9'', once did a 10 day Water Fast and he only lost just over 1 pound during those 10 days.

This is also my experience, that if you don't really have excess weight, you will lose very little while cleansing or fasting. For example if I do a 21 day water fast, I will lose about 20 pounds. After that, my body mass index is +/- 17. On the few occasions that I have continued fasting beyond that point, the weight loss was very very slow.
