I have been thin all my life so the fasting and cleansing techniques do not always agree with me. What I do everyday is make a nut shake with soaked almonds, walnuts, 1-2 brazil nuts and sometimes sunflower seeds or pumpkin seeds. I add lecithin granules and occasionally Epsom Salts (a pinch) I like to use maple syrup for sweetener. Once in a while I will add raw Cacao nibs. The lecithin makes it frothey in a way that I like the texture of it. The walnuts help to add an 'edge' to the flavor. I cannot drink it without the walnuts because it tastes too sweet otherwise.
I use a Vitamix to make everything well blended.
This drink helps me with weight and hunger and gives me lots of energy. The lecithin and Epsom Salts are good for the gall bladder.
Oh I forgot...it tastes delicious too!
