Hi Shroom:

I'm curious to know WHY you would really mess around with this at all!? If a mold grows from a yeast plate, this is surely a serious problem, no? How did you make the connection that an unspecified mold growth is/was involved with genetics???

Are you SURE that you're not messing around with a more caustic pathogenic substance that you've could have possibly made airborne by using your centrifuge???

You maybe messing around with something that you shouldn't.
