Sounds like an awful lot of work to me, how about a SCIO test. It will tell you exactly what and which kind of yeast in under 5 minutes. I will also tell you what is currently reactive and what isn’t'.

Heck you could go for a 3 hour mega session for under $300 and stop all this experimenting...
If you want you can even zap it using the Auto-zap mode and watch the stringy candida leave your body in the morning.
