infrared saunas

Thanks for all of the advice! I appreciate your concern.

I have an infrared sauna.

It has actually made my skin considerably worse right after I do them. I have been doing it on and off now for about 3 years.

No change to the skin and temporarily worse (3 days) after the sauna treatment.

I hope this doesn't discourage you from trying it though. Must people experience great benefits!

For some reason with me, nothing works. I feel that if it is God's will that a person not be healed (for whatever reason) then it doesn't matter what they do because it is not God's will.

This is what my case must be.
