normal skin? I wonder what that's like...
It seems like ages ago that I had normal skin. For about 10 years my skin has been consistently horrible.
I am a little afraid to even ask for help on here any more because I always get attacked for being negative and not being open to suggestions. Actually, I am very open to suggestions, its just that nobody has suggested anything that I am not currently doing or have done.
When someone verk kindly suggests something and I reply that I have done this thing, others in the forum get angry with me. This is what has happened thus far. I value and appreciate everyone's advice and suggestions...I just wish it happened to be something that I haven't tried.
And, contrary to what some others have said, I do not follow a protocol for two days and then abandon it for not working. I have struggled with this problem for 10 years and I have had the time to explore many things.
I wish I could list every treatment protocol, diet adjustment, supplement, cleansing process, etc but I am sure that I would run out of space.
I'm sure some will immediately denigrate me and accuse me of trying to spread my rampant pessimism. That's fine.
I guess its purely late-onset genetic trait. I still have a little bit of hope that my skin can be normal, but that is rapidly dissapearing.
QUICK RECAP OF MY SYMPTOMS:
Excessively dry, peeling, flaking, scaling inflammed skin all over my body, especially my face, shoulders back
Pustular eruptions all my back, face, shoulders
Seborrhea or some other form of dermatitis all over my face (chin, around nose, mouth)
Rapdidly thinning, dry, brittle, wispy, hair
QUICK RECAP OF A FEW OF THE MOST OBVIOUS REMEDIES I'VE TRIED:
Omega 3,6,9 oils (experimenting with rations)
addressed thyroid/adrenal issues
addressed digestion
addressed candida
organ flusing/cleansing
fasting
Etc, etc, etc
Thanks for your help. Maybe one of you out there can help me.
