I get all the amino acids which inlcludes lysine and proline. I've read that it is best to take a balanced form of all the aminos. A disproportionate amount of one or the other can further disrupt the body.
DO you suggest supplmenting with extra proline and lysine? I have heard of this but I have also heard of complications from this.
Vitamin C? Oh, yes. I take and have taken vitamin C right along. I get a lot from my whole food daily mutlivatimin but I also drink a lot of lemon water, etc.
