I totally understand, I get those days too.

Please be assured your post wasnt abrupt, but I was aware that in my haste I hadnt explained myself fully.

I am constantly battling these critters, but the fact that I have regained so much of my health (much improved even on former health), keeps me battling on to achieve even more.

I didnt post anything on curezone for about a year or so until I had the results I had from doing a parasite cleanse properly, along the lines of what I had read here on curezone.
I was so amazed that when I saw someone who was disheartened or worried about cleansing I just had to let people know what a difference it can make.
