Re: M -- here's my old post re: meds.
Hi monique
I have read some of your posts with interest and I dont think I can help very much as you have received some brilliant and excellent advise from others.
Except maybe one thing may help, I too would find all the information on cleansing, eating, drinking, living etc etc...... too much at times, I would feel totally overwhelmed by it all.
I would wonder how any of us on this earth were still ALIVE!!
I would take a break from it all. I would continue with the healthy eating, drinking water and exercise and taking supplements, but I would take a break from researching for a short while, be it hours, days or weeks.
Realising that I was taking action and doing all that was currently within my power and my means to improve my health and regain some sort of a life and accept and that results would not be instant, and each day that passed I did get better, little by little.
Unfortunately for me I had lost everything before I started to improve my health, my job, my boyfriend, social life and friends.
When I felt less overwhelmed I would seek out more information or review what I had already discovered.
Anyway, long story short, hang in there, I did and now I'm healthier than ever have been (but still fighting the critters...lol) and have better quality of life than I ever had before.
We are all here to support one another.
Healthy wishes
P
