Re: "There is a River"

You're welcome. That book is probably the best "primer" on Cayce. Although, until you really read his readings and books on him, you don't get the whole picture. I've been reading his stuff for the past 12 years so I have a decent idea, hence such confidence in him - as you say. Just getting it right some 10,000-15,000 times is worth attention me thinks.

As for getting the stuff from veggies - I think that Cayce suggested that most parasites actually develop due to weakened immune system; so you may eat whatever you want, just as long it doesn't weaken you. Hopefully. :-)

I am not familiar with Bulgarian tablets, and considering those readings are from around 1920's and 30's they are probably not around any more. I have researched various types of cultures used in making of yogurt. It seems to me that "Bulgarian" would be the type which has quite a bit of Bifidus type of bacteria, while most others have only Acidophilus. The thing is - it's much cheaper and easier to make yogurt with only acidophilus. Check out contents of different yogurt and you'll see how some have only acidophilus and taste quite sour as a result, while others have bifidus and have a fuller taste, which tends to vary a bit from one batch to another as it's hard to work with bifidus I think. Also, compare prices of acidophilus pills with those high in bifidus... way more expensive for bifidus. But I am still guessing here - although it's a good guess I think.
