Barnes and Noble (local) is holding the book for me. Picking it up tomorrow.
Kefir also has FOS, etc. (is that the same as what you call "candida"?) It's pretty wild in theory - but not if you're a homeopath I suppose. So in that light it's easy to understand the concept.
But I must say when first on this journey, even though I NEVER had a vag. yeast infection I got to looking at the creams out there for the ingredients used and saw CANDIDA on a label. Back then I was floored, confused...
Then once I read about how Nystatin was developed it started to make sense.
Okay, I'm convinced. I've got about five jugs of kefir here (vanilla, blueberry, plain, strawberry...) TIME TO DOWN THEM ALL. (I had no idea that per your post >>kefir also contains special type of candida)
And I read ALL labels. (Must be either the FOS or it's written in hieroglyphics!!
