I am no specialist on Cayce but from what I have read (on CZ) he was a genius. I totally agree with the milk bit, only eat fermented milk products because the critters party on milk sugars. Or use micro-filtered milk like ISO Whey and micro-filtered lactose free milk.

But it's difficult/impossible to use ALL of TCM (3000 year old) or Cayce in today’s world...
