Re: Sick again...I really need some help
Hi!
Food intake isn't so much about calories. :) Food intake is more about the right choices and living foods.
Right off the bat, these are some of my immediate thoughts.
You may need to add a protein supp to your 8AM bananas. You're most likely exerting a lot of energy between 8-11AM, without much nutritional support. A generous handful of almonds/walnuts (good for cholesterol too) might be good.
The avocado is good because it is a natural fat that your body needs. The problem with most people is that they include avocados, with too much fatty substances throughout the day -- but, I don't see this being a problem for you.
Have you tried eliminating the jalapenos as a temporary measure? This could be the culprit causing your problem. The oil from the seeds can cause digestion problems and a feeling of sickness. See what happens for about 5 days without and slowly add it back in.
One other thought, you mentioned turkey. What kind of turkey and by who? If it is "lunch meat" (prepacked by good 'ol Osc..) turkey instead of a natural/organic turkey, this could be the culprit too. The FDA "approved" spraying "viruses" on lunch meat. Although they made the announcement last year, who knows how long it has been going on before the official announcement.
If you can, add a little more around 2PM, maybe another protein of some sort and eliminate the 8PM snack-a-roo. Perhaps the chips can be eaten earlier 5-7. If you go to bed early, eating your snack late could make a difference too.
Since your problem has been going on for a number of years, you may look a little deeper to see if you have something else going with you.
