You could do with much more vegetables. And avocados and bananas are yummy, but also fattening, you can have them but don't exaggerate. For the rest your choices seem very ok to me.

Have a look at the Iodine forum, if you feel cold without a reason you are likely to be Iodine deficient (like 95% of population anyway). Iodine supplementation will also help you immensely to stop cravings and speed up the metabolism.
