Sick again...I really need some help
Its almost like clockwork now. Everytime I try to push my body and reduce calories, in a matter of weeks I get sick. And the symptoms are always the same. Headache, achy body, stuffy sinuses, weak, and shivering cold even though its not so cold in my house.
I decided to start excercising twice a day with a reduced calorie diet and pushing myself harder than ever before. My body should be able to handle it, i'm only 30. I ride the bike 60 minuts in the morning at the gym, then at evening I go run 2-3 miles outside or do push ups sit ups and hindu squats for strength.
For almost ten years now EVERY single time I decide to eat healthy, reduce calories, and push my body with some extra excercise, I get sick. Now I ask you, why does this ALWAYS happen to me? Sorry if I come off a bit angry, but its very fustrating when your always trying to do the right thing and it backfires in your face.
