Hi Betta: I know you don't have to be christian to employ the program, I was just wondering if the program itself employed something to do with religion, that's all.

I could not understand why they so clearly defined themselves as a christian based organization, that's all.

I did take the time a little later (after my severe headache went away) to read further and well, using energy (and energy fields makes sense to me) - these are all New Age Beliefs that have been around for so many years (while people laughed at them and their followers) but today they are finally coming into the mainstream little by little - it's about time. They, including this program, however, take a lot of mental energy to focus, etc. and that is/has been pretty hard for me because I am always so tired.

My doctor emailed me today, responding to a question and told me that it is not just the thyroid to be treated but that the idea is to get my body temperature to a certain temperature and if I get all the terrible symptoms, which I keep getting from taking Cortef (for adrenals, etc.) that it is because my cortisol is out of whack.

It is all so confusing - I think I will just follow along with you guys here and see where it takes me.
