I was just like both of you with respect to hardly being able to eat anything. Then last spring I met a lady who told me about the KI Method. While I was talking to her she mentioned it and spelled it several times. When I got home I looked it up, and it has been one of the most important keys to my health improvement. I couldn't digest food because my digestive organs lacked the energy they needed to do what they were supposed to do. The lack of energy can be due to either blocked energy pathways or weakened energy. This self-help method is similar to accupuncture and is a way to improve your body's energy. The first day I tried it I knew that it did what no correct diet or supplement could ever do. I didn't want to buy the manual because I was afraid I wouldn't have the energy, mental or physical, to do it. A lady I talked to at the King Institute told me how to find a sample of it at their website. I looked it up, wrote it down, and tried it. The first three days it made me have a headache and stomach ache, but I could tell it was making things inside my body move and it increased my energy, so I kept it up. I did it every morning and evening. Most people wouldn't want to spend the time doing it, but I was so tired that I was in bed anyway, and you can do it while you're lying in bed. If you want to look it up, go to the website for the King Institute, click on Future Medicine, and then you will see three sequences on the right hand side. The one called Median Sequence would be the one to try. I tried the Plumb Median Sequence, and it was so strong that it made me sick. Don't try it for starters. I'm not all the way better yet, but a lot better than before I started doing it. When I look back, I wonder what on earth did I eat all those years.
