I don't have any really good websites, no.. =( Sorry! Korean Ginseng is the supplement that usually makes people feel wired, not the Rhodiola. Luckily I haven't had insomnia for a year now... I think Ashwagandha would be very helpful, as it is a sedative-like adaptogen. It soothes the nervous system, etc.
