Re: Currently Experiencing a VERY Rapid Recovery (Regimen Included)

Hi Sophie,

Yeah, I sure do have MAJOR food sensitivity issues. I've never had a true allergy test because I just can't afford it. I used to see a Naturopath, and although the muscle testing he used seemed really accurate, I had to pay for EVERYTHING out of pocket and it pretty much bankrupted me.

I have major issues with grains and breads (probably gluten intolerant). It's not so much that they make me sick immediately.... or that day..... they seem to "weaken" me and make my next day so much worse. If I eat them two or three days in a row, I'm bedridden for awhile.

Most meat seems to be okay... with chicken and fish being the best. Steaks and stuff also "drain" me because I think they take so much energy to digest.

Dairy is usually okay.... althought depending on how my digestion and intestines are.... almost anything can bring on a panicky feeling that lasts for a long time.

But the biggest problem for me is that I can barely MAKE myself eat!!!!! That may be due to liver problems I also have though. So I take a "medical food replacement" powder to get some nutrition even when I can't force myself to eat. It's not unusual for me to go a week or two without having a "solid meal".

Hope you feel better and hope this answers your questions. Please feel free to ask anything else (or make any suggestions!!!).

Jason
