Okay, so how do you use this butter? I do not use butter for anything...unless I go out to eat and it is on toast. My baked potatoes (when eating out) have sour cream, no butter. I do not care for it, so much.

So, what would the protocl be? Also, did I misread? Is cod liver oil in this cod butter? Meaning, if taken, you do not need the cod liver oil?
