I have used seasame and coconut oils, so I am not sure about hemp and the reaction you are having. Although, if you choose to change oils, "eat" the hemp. In doing it like that you are getting the benefits of the hemp oil, just not through pulling.
I "eat" 2 T. of hemp, coconut, olive, and flax. I am going to be purchasing cod liver to add to that 'cocktail', as well. OH and I add seasame to it, if I am pulling with the coconut.
Not sure about the effects yet but I know it is not hurting me, so will continue to do it.
