Yes -- OP not only draws toxins out from the blood as it passes through your mouth (i.e. while you are doing it) but stimulates the other organs of elimination. Liver, kidneys, skin, etc.

I have read a lot of peoples' experiences with hemp and it sounds like a very powerful oil. I am sure pulling several times in a short period of time with hemp can shake up some stuff! It will be interesting to see what hemp users have to say.

You could try using a lighter oil for a while and doing the hemp only once a day or every other day. That may help you to begin eliminating toxins but not so quickly that you are really uncomfortable in the process.

But keep pulling on the principle "better out than in!"

And lots of water.

Do you Liver Flush? That is very effective, too.

You will find what works for you as you experiment with oils and frequency of pulling.
