Let me try to explain why that's relevant. In my first post I showed people saying that thy have a relationship with Christ that wanted to be able to claim that they were Christians, but wanted to do their own thing.

Every relationship comes with some responsibility that shows you are sincere. If you have a wife and you are sincere, you don't sleep with other women.(for one thing)

Jesus made it very clear how to have a sincere relationship with Him.

Matthew 22:37..Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind.

:38 This is the first and great commandment.

:39 And the second is like unto it, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself.

"Jesus is our Savior (as long as each one of us claims Him as our personal Savior, our souls are purified). Did you think I was saying that there was another way to be saved? No, of course not."

It's not just what you claim, it's how you show it.

And as far as the law goes, there is no law that makes you stay true to God. You have free will to do or not to do.

The good Samaritan was keeping the second, but not the first.
