Hey there, although I am pill free now and do agree with not taking anything unatural anymore, I can remember as if it was yesterday how my anxiety was and unless you have been there it is not understandable...I KNOW it's not just the "blues" so if you would like to email me we can discuss this a little further out of the forum, it would just be easier. I would love to share my experience with you and how Lexapro helped me, know I'm gonna get reemed here for that, but some people just don't get how bad anxiety can get and I think it was the mental part of taking something that gave me the strengh and space to be able to get off everything.....before I start going on...drop me an email. I wish you luck and I have faith (as you will too) that sooner than you think you will be able to be pill free and healthy. And to everyone else...I am against taking and kind of medicine now, but I do have very strong beliefs in why Lexapro helped me and it's not the reason you all think...it wasn't the actual pill that helped me. I took Lexapro for about a year and I am pill free and healthy now...flush after flush...but I gotta say, I wouldn't trade that year of taking yucky meds for anything, sometimes you gotta take a step back before you can take a huge leap foward.
