no, i believe what my doctor told me. it was a private insurance company and the guy wanted them replaced with white. my doctor testified and the guy won and the insurance co had to pay to replace them. that is all i know. if you want more info about it, contact dr. radzik in mcminnville OR, but it most likely falls under doctor/patient confidentiality, so you may not get anymore info than that.
