Michael,

Do not be discouraged by some of the comments here. As you know at times emotion can over rule truth of facts. Continue to do your research and post your findings here. There are many of us who will appreciate it very much as we also have inquiring minds about truth, facts and myths.

I agree that some things work for one and not for another, but why is this? What were the circumstances that made it work for one and not another? If we know the complete story and the reasoning behind the success then we may be more able to duplicate the success story.

I believe most of us want to be healthy (that is why we are here) and some of us just need the facts as to why something works the way it does. Great health starts with a great mental attitude and mutual respect for one another.
