Re: Any science behind bowel cleansing?

Heres how i feel about cleansing too, ive had colonoscop exams about 3 of them and like you said everytime i saw the screen everything looked nice and pink and clean, no places where rotting food has remained. I really think all these people are wasting their money on all those things that theyre taking, i only use metamucill and enemas and my system is just as clean. Actually the products they are using are causing the people more problems.
